Email Templates - License Transfer Request

In order to transfer your Email Templates license to a new machine please complete all of the fields below.  After you have submitted your license transfer request, a member of our customer service team will review your request and send you an email confirmation regarding this transfer.

IMPORTANT: After submitting your request, please sign and fax the resulting Transfer Notice to 919-882-9414.  This transfer request will not be valid until we receive the signed agreement.
